Job Summary
Directs and coordinates life enrichment and resident activity programs for older adults at Prestige Willow Place, including calendar planning, transportation coordination (van/bus), staff training, and supervision of volunteers; collaborates with the Wellness Coach, Expressions team, and management to develop engaging, resident-centered programming and events, utilizing Celebrations wellness focus plans and the Linked Senior platform to track participation and outcomes; supports budget management and community resources to enhance residents’ quality of life, and plans resident move-outs with the management team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to meet insurance qualifications to operate company vehicles including passenger vans and bus
- Valid Commercial Class B driver’s license (CDL) may be required by local, state and federal law and regulations
