Job Summary
Life Enrichment Activities Assistant supports the implementation of activity programs to stimulate residents physically, mentally, and socially, following state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include establishing and implementing assigned activity programs, building rapport with residents to understand needs and interests, maintaining online documentation of activities, reporting deviations or changes to leadership and nursing staff, providing leadership in activities, making recommendations for program changes, and promoting positive customer relations. The role is part-time with two weekday shifts (430p–700p) and an every-other-weekend (8a–430p) Saturday/Sunday rotation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED as preferred. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.92 per hour, with shift premiums/differentials available; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 403(b) with employer match, paid time off, and other perks.
