Job Summary
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing a variety of activities for residents and focus on enhancing their lives. You will work as part of a team in a BHI senior living community, engaging with residents to support their growth, well-being, and enjoyment through structured activities. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, able to communicate effectively, attentive to detail, and dedicated to serving the older population. Shift schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with every 3rd weekend (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM). The role aligns with a part-time, entry-level position in long-term care.
