Life Enhancement Coordinator

Plan and execute activities, manage resident and staff calendars, and facilitate personal interests, social events, and educational pursuits for facility residents. Organize transportation for residents within the facility and recruit staff or volunteers to assist with trips. Maintain leisure enrichment equipment and supplies within budget while tracking expenditures and reporting to the fiscal department. Ensure regulatory compliance through appropriate record keeping and charting alongside the case manager. Schedule group activities for maximum resident involvement, including evenings and weekends. Requires weekends schedule with 25 hours per week, a valid driver's license, and 1-3 years of experience working with diverse populations.
