Job Summary
Life Engagement Manager oversees and implements a resident-centered Life Engagement program across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Vivid Living, and Betty’s Harbor. Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating Life Engagement Coaches (LECs); driving community engagement activities, calendars, and newsletters; coordinating volunteers; partnering with the director of sales and nursing/caregivers to align Resident Service Plans; ensuring complete resident social histories to tailor programming; delivering hospitality and exemplary customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors; and participating in trainings and meetings. Requires strong leadership, teamwork, empathy for residents and families, excellent written and verbal English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. High School graduate with three or more years of management experience preferred. Eligibility for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits; Equal Opportunity Employer.
