Job Summary
Coordinate and execute life engagement activities for residents by managing personal schedules, setting evening agendas, and ensuring supplies and technology are available. Continually invite, encourage, and assist residents in physical fitness, brain fitness, dining, and social enrichment while driving community transportation for outings. Assist the team with monthly budgeting for food and educational activities, maintain an attractive home environment fostering purposeful living, and communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to work in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance if required to drive the community vehicle
