Job Summary
Coordinate and execute life engagement activities for residents by managing neighborhood calendars, personal schedules, and evening engagement plans. Ensure adequate supplies and technology are available while inviting, encouraging, and assisting residents in physical fitness, brain fitness, dining, and social enrichment. Assist the team with monthly budgeting for food and educational activities, maintaining an attractive home environment that fosters purposeful living. Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members to champion hospitality and excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required in Pennsylvania
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Desire to serve and care for seniors
