Job Summary
Execute food, shake, and beverage orders in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and responding to member questions. Maintain a clean and sanitized station, ensuring espresso drink orders are prepared efficiently. Work in a stationary position moving about the cafe for prolonged periods, routinely bending to lift more than 20 lbs. CPR/AED certification is required within the first 30 days. This hourly role offers wages starting at $15.00 up to $18.00 based on experience. Full-time members receive medical, dental, and vision coverage alongside a fully subsidized membership and 401(k) match.
