Job Summary
Oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations by adjusting schedules based on traffic flow and managing light food prep. Act as the shift leader to provide high-level customer and team support, ensuring menu items are prepared correctly and service remains professional. Monitor food quality and speed of service while responding promptly to member questions and concerns. Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager to maintain standards. Requires high school diploma, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, and ServeSafe within 60 days. Night and weekend availability is required. Hourly wages start at $15.50 and go up to $18.50 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification
- ServeSafe certification
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Night and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere
