Job Summary
Manage LifeCafe shift operations while adjusting schedules based on traffic flow and acting as the daily shift leader to provide high-level customer and team support. Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly, service customers professionally, and respond quickly to member questions and concerns. Monitor food quality and service speed to guarantee a positive member experience, while handling light food prep and providing promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager. Night and weekend availability is required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification
- ServeSafe certification
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Night and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere
