Job Summary
Manage LifeCafe shift operations by adjusting schedules based on traffic flow and acting as the daily shift leader to provide customer and team support. Ensure menu items are prepared correctly and service customers professionally while monitoring food quality and speed of service. Respond quickly to member questions, comments, and concerns, and provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager. Handle light food prep responsibilities and maintain high-quality experiences for members and guests. Night and weekend availability is required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification
- ServeSafe certification
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Night and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere
