Job Summary
Answer inbound and outbound sales calls for Careington products, identifying opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell while ensuring timely responses and complete issue resolution. Manage a large volume of calls for both insured and non-insured clients, maintaining thorough knowledge of active sales campaigns within the H.P.S.U system. Work with the team to exceed management-set sales goals through self-motivation and independent task management. This role requires a Group 1 Life and Health Licensed Agent certified for Medicare, with a hybrid schedule involving three days onsite at Flyers Way. Initial training spans six weeks before transitioning to evening and weekend hours.

- 3 days in the office per week at a minimum
- Must be able to work 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- One day off during the Monday to Friday work week
- Saturdays 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, one week per month at Flyers Way location
