Job Summary

Actuarial Analyst role coordinating, preparing, and performing actuarial analyses to develop new products, reprice existing products, and assess profitability. Requires using actuarial modeling software for pricing/valuation/risk management, data compilation, running models, generating reports, and identifying model adjustments. Candidate should monitor experience trends, analyze gain/loss by product/assumption, test impact of assumptions on premiums/ reserves, and ensure compliance with risk and controls policies. Must have a Bachelor's degree and up to 2 years of experience with actuarial techniques; completion of 2 Society of Actuaries exams; preferred US military-spouse experience and an advanced STEM degree; experience with Tableau, R, Python, or similar languages; experience with life and annuity products and data validation. Location options include San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; or Charlotte, NC with a hybrid in-office schedule (4 days in office). Relocation assistance is not available; visa sponsorship not offered.
