Job Summary
Actuarial role coordinating, preparing, and performing analyses to develop new life products, reprice existing products, and assess profitability. Requires actuary modeling, data compilation, entering data and tables, running models, generating reports, and identifying model adjustments. Position involves in-office work four days per week with locations in Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; or Charlotte, NC. Prefer experience with Tableau, R, Python, or similar; life/annuity product experience; data validation and trend analysis. Military-spouse dynamic noted with potential remote/hybrid flexibility; relocation not offered. Salary range $69,920–$133,620; USAA does not sponsor visas for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 Society of Actuaries exams completed
- Understanding and experience applying data analysis and actuarial techniques
