Job Summary
Supervise and oversee daily activities of Protective Security Officers (PSOs), assist with staffing coordination, and monitor entrances, exits, and facility activity including vehicle inspections, gate operations, and CCTV monitoring. Respond to incidents such as medical emergencies and hazardous materials, protect evidence at incident scenes, and complete logs and reports. Report suspicious activities and follow all safety rules and site procedures. This full-time non-exempt role in the Oklahoma City, OK area requires weekend and holiday availability, weekend and holiday availability, and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must possess a valid Social Security
- Must be able to obtain and maintain suitability as mandated by DHS/FPS
- CLETS certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Shall fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
- Must maintain all required licenses, permits, and certifications
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Must be available to travel
