Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned officers and ensure all contract requirements are met. Coordinate staffing, conduct quality control inspections, and maintain employee files, certifications, and reports. Manage equipment, supplies, and permits while responding to emergencies and preparing management reports. Review documentation for accuracy and assist with interviews and recruiting efforts. Maintain a favorable Enter on Duty determination and work flexible schedules including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel frequently throughout the Heartland Region.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- U.S. Citizen
- Valid driver's license
- Receive and maintain a favorable Enter on Duty (EOD) or fitness determination
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Possess CPR/First Aid and AED certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain all contract-required certifications and clearances
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Two (2) years of armed security experience, one (1) year of full-duty law enforcement experience, or two (2) years of honorable military service
- Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 25-50 lbs. as needed
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
- Frequent travel throughout the Heartland Region
