Job Summary
Prepare guests from arrival to departure by actively managing all reservation steps across booking channels and sending confirmations. Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Prepare and serve breakfast while supporting the service station. This role requires 30 or 40 hours per week with regular working hours. We offer a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere with opportunities for independent work and growth within the Lieblingsplatz Group. Personal accommodation is provided for a smooth start.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
- erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Eine große Leidenschaft für Gäste und ihr Wohlbefinden
- Freude daran, richtig aktiv mitzuarbeiten
- gute Stimmung im Haus zu verbreiten
- Deutschkenntnisse ausreichend für ein freundliches Gespräch
Desired Qualifications
- Eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie und/oder erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sind wunderbar, allerdings keine Voraussetzung
