Job Summary
Visit periodicamente all units, CD, and CP (Central de Production) to monitor operations and competitors. Manage store indicators to ensure strategy execution and support coordinators in planning collaborator activities via the game plan. Execute sales strategies with coordinators to optimize results while sharing technical knowledge to develop the store team. Requires a complete higher education degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields, along with category management, food safety, and Office 365 knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior completo (Nutrição, Engenharia de Alimentos, Engenharia de Produção, ou áreas correlatas)
- Conhecimento em Gestão de categoria
- Conhecimento em segurança alimentar e do trabalho
- Conhecimento em Office 365
