Provide technical support to Apple and PC users, perform computer assembly and disassembly, and resolve hardware and software issues on client devices. Deliver excellent customer service across various communication channels. Requires a completed high school diploma or truncated engineering degree in systems or informatics, plus prior experience in technical support and client service. Fixed monthly salary of $13,100 with performance bonuses starting at $2,100, plus commissions for service placements. Includes life insurance, 10% meal vouchers, restaurant food allowance, savings plan, and group Carso discounts. Offers constant training in new Apple technologies and products.
Required Qualifications
