Job Summary
Plan and organize resin tapping, stimulation, and collection cycles; schedule and monitor daily field activities for resin harvesting teams. Supervise resin application techniques, track individual and collective productivity, and ensure collected resin meets technical standards. Enforce safety protocols, EPI usage, and operational procedures while overseeing forest health and silvicultural maintenance. Coordinate roading, forestry services, and asset preservation; act as the technical interface between field teams and agricultural management. Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce losses.
Required Qualifications
- Vivência em operações florestais, silvicultura, manejo florestal ou produção florestal
