Lead the automation team by defining individual and team targets, monitoring performance, providing constant feedback, and identifying training needs to ensure high engagement and results. Secure target achievement by reporting volume and productivity, tracking performance indicators, implementing improvement actions, and ensuring resource availability to meet business demands. Manage staff availability by controlling attendance, absenteeism, and leave, planning replacements, and coordinating with HR to guarantee operational coverage. Enforce operational and safety procedures through shift briefings, training, and equipment usage reinforcement to prevent accidents and maintain quality standards. Coordinate interfaces with logistics operators, partners, and maintenance teams to communicate needs, track issue resolution, and ensure rapid problem solving. Maintain workspace organization by implementing and monitoring the 5S program, ensuring material and equipment cleanliness, and guaranteeing input availability for operations.
