Analyze company system numbers and information; conduct customer, supplier, and staff support; oversee and assist sector operations including layout and agenda management; manage the unit's shift schedule and lead team development through feedbacks, attendance, leave, and disciplinary norms; collaborate with support areas for partnerships; program special orders and production for seasonal periods; plan and monitor the game plan; organize logistical reserve procedures; and plan production operations for ovens, sushi, and buffets. Adhere to operational, food safety, and labor standards. Requires higher education or enrollment, team management knowledge, sector expertise, and numerical acumen regarding breakage, purchasing, sales, and contribution.
