Job Summary
Guarantee standardization and adherence to yard routines, including vehicle organization, maintenance scheduling, and stock tracking. Monitor operational indicators and develop action plans to meet area targets. Manage the mover team by providing feedback, conducting training, and overseeing daily yard operations. Remain proactive with daily routines and operational processes. Requires a high school diploma, valid B license, Power BI and Office skills, and prior leadership experience. Full participation in profits, meal allowances, medical and dental coverage, and unlimited university course access.
