Job Summary
Coordinate daily activities for the hygiene team, instructing staff on proper cleaning and sanitization techniques while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety norms. Inspect service quality, implement corrective actions, and manage chemical usage, storage, and inventory replenishment. Develop work schedules, monitor attendance, train new hires, and ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment. Report structural or equipment irregularities to management and support internal and external hygiene audits. Shifts run from 20:30 to 06:30, Monday through Friday. The position is based at SECONCI SP in Barra Funda, São Paulo, supporting an institution dedicated to humanized healthcare and diversity.
Required Qualifications
- Experiência anterior em liderança de equipes de higienização ou limpeza
- Conhecimento em produtos e técnicas de limpeza e sanitização
- Conhecimento básico das normas de segurança do trabalho e boas práticas de higiene
Desired Qualifications
- Desejável conhecimento em informática básica
