Job Summary
Conduct daily customer service for sales and exchanges, supervise checkout operations, and manage store organization including display of merchandise. Monitor team performance against established targets, train staff on product knowledge, and review processes to improve efficiency. Assist in scheduling staff shifts, report to the store manager, and ensure adequate client support throughout the day. Requires high school diploma with retail leadership experience preferred.
