Represent client interests by participating in meetings with the location manager to provide advice from a client perspective. Actively contribute to policy proposals affecting the living environment and care quality, while identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements. Maintain contact with the client base and collaborate with other council members in cross-rail discussions. This voluntary role supports the mission of HilverZorg to give meaningful life to residents across locations including Zonnehoeve, St. Joseph, Lopes Dias, Alba, and Oude haven.
