LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor)

Evaluate, write, and monitor behavior management plans while coordinating care with the clinical team and patients. Work directly in treatment relationships, investigating case situations to present family and social background information to physicians and health team members. Interpret psychiatric treatment for patients and families, refer individuals to community resources, and support staff on substance abuse and mental health issues. Document progress and psychosocial reports in the Electronic Medical Record using objective, measurable methods. Participate in clinical team meetings and performance improvement activities to ensure service quality. Maintain current practice knowledge and demonstrate age-appropriate care principles for children and patients across the lifespan.
