LICSW- 40 hours/*Bilingual in Spanish Required*

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in a full-time 40-hour role at Beth Israel Lahey Health. Responsibilities include conducting ongoing psychosocial needs assessments, advocating for patient needs with the treatment team, planning and implementing inpatient disposition, coordinating referrals and transitions, developing psychosocial and case management assessments, delivering direct clinical interventions to prevent relapse, and educating patients and families about illness, recovery, and treatment options. Additional duties involve collaboration with the treatment and reimbursement teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Requires a Master’s Degree in social work and a current valid LICSW license; bilingual Spanish required. Travel between Lynn and Salem practices may be required.
