Liciensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nights

Provide basic nursing care to residents, including administering medications and wound care; monitor vital signs; assist with feeding, dressing, and mobility; follow care plans and document patient status. Administer medications as prescribed, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain accurate nursing documentation. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care; communicate with residents and families; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Maintain infection control and safety protocols, use PPE appropriately, advocate for residents, and support their emotional and physical well-being. Proficient in EMR systems and nursing documentation; strong clinical and patient-care skills; compassionate, team-focused approach with excellent communication.
