Job Summary
LPN provides direct patient care in a healthcare/long-term care/assisted living setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, feeding assistance, monitoring vital signs, following individualized care plans, documenting care and medications, communicating with RNs/physicians, and ensuring infection control and PPE usage. The role requires active LPN license and completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program; new graduates welcome. Night shift. Strong clinical and patient-care skills, teamwork, and EMR/documentation proficiency emphasized.
