Job Summary
Conduct individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families within the Children and Family department. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across outpatient services, admissions, and children's mental health to provide evidence-based mental health and substance abuse services. Support individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges while receiving board-approved supervision if currently under licensure. Work in a 24/7 coverage environment with rotating weekend and overtime requirements. Join a historic community mental health center dedicated to restoring lives through comprehensive, accredited care programs.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar credentials)
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field
- Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor
- Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision
- Extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met by the individual is not yet licensed
- Must submit to urinalysis to test for drugs
- Negative drug test result
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be available for 24 hours, 7 days per week coverage
