Job Summary
Compile required documents, research information, and interact with licensing boards to obtain medical licenses for providers in assignment states. Act as a liaison between state boards and providers, obtaining updates on application status and reporting progress. Request and verify documentation pertaining to education and licensing, making necessary calls to state boards and notifying providers of requests. Track all documents requested by boards, verify National Board and state license verifications, and communicate regarding licensure qualifications and specific questions. Manage large amounts of documentation with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This role supports CHG's mission as the largest physician staffing firm in America, connecting doctors with patients who need their care.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and database applications
- Ability to effectively manage large amounts of information and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills focusing on urgent deadlines
- Ability to interact professionally with state licensing boards, teammates, education facilities, providers and facility representatives
- Excellent teamwork skills
- One year work experience in a clerical/support position involving customer interaction and task completion
- College education
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the medical field preferred
