Job Summary
Maintain electronic provider records, ensuring timely updates and compliance with internal and external standards. Create abbreviated CVs, complete FCVS profiles, and track applications for IMLC LOQs, state licensure, and DEA/CSR renewals. Register providers for certifications, coordinate fingerprinting, and facilitate documentation for supervising physicians and protocol agreements. Perform regular follow-ups via phone and email with providers, state licensing boards, and agencies to ensure timely completion of all tasks. Assist in audits and other administrative duties as assigned. This remote role supports the Medical Staff Services team at Sevaro, a leading tele-neurology company delivering innovative healthcare solutions globally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 2-3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- highly engaged and proactive, results-driven attitude
