Job Summary
Licensing Specialist will coordinate the collection of gaming license applications and related documentation to secure licenses with regulators globally, interact with employees to gather confidential information, review applications for completeness, file license applications by deadlines, liaise with Gaming Agencies, maintain organized license filings, participate in internal partner meetings, and cross-train with Regulatory Compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry is preferred
- Familiarity with licensing regulations
- Demonstrated ability in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Ardentsky would be a plus
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be team-oriented
- Confidentiality and discretion are very important in this role
- Adept at planning and organizing
- Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
