Job Summary
Manage and process licensing and registration tasks, including initial licensing, state transfers, buyouts, and title management. Research and resolve client requests for general case types, ensuring accuracy and timely completion using the DMV Terminal. Monitor, prioritize, and manage the workload while meeting deadlines with some guidance from a supervisor. Effectively solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions and assessing each using standard procedures. Adjust quickly to new assignments, processes, and people while demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in a technical or functional area
- Knowledge of work processes and tools
- 2-4 years' experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service related fields
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Additional education, certifications, or experience
- Previous experience in a research of case management role with high level of detail oriented work
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Knowledge of DMV procedures and vehicle-related transactions
