Job Summary
Process distributor onboarding and maintenance while ensuring compliance with state and federal licensing rules. Review documentation to verify agent eligibility for F&G Life and Annuity products, and initiate agent appointments using regulatory guidelines. Monitor daily and monthly reports to resolve agent data conflicts, and communicate outstanding requirements with recruiters and back-office personnel. Stay informed of regulatory updates through continuous education and provide feedback on system functionality or training issues. Accept assigned project tasks and contribute to speed-to-market initiatives such as mass onboarding or mergers.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years office experience, in the insurance, or other regulated financial services industry
- familiarity in dealing with state regulations, contracts, and other applicable requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- mainframe processing
- the ability to utilize dual monitors
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to derive intuitive conclusions by analyzing patterns and datasets
- Ability to self-organize, set priorities, and manage workload
- Ability to travel up to: 10% of the time
- Regular and punctual attendance
