Job Summary

Licensing Sales Manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brands, creative agencies, production companies, and other clients to drive the licensing of our premium video content. Focused on developing tailored licensing solutions, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets, negotiating licensing agreements, and securing large-scale UGC-driven licensing deals. You will educate clients on the value of UGC, present data-driven use cases, and position the company as a leader in licensing solutions. This is an individual-contributor role with remote work on the US East Coast and occasional in-office days at the New York office; reports to the Head of Licensing.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years working with Brand & Agency clients in the US east coast
  • Proven sales experience in video licensing, media sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of UGC, its benefits, challenges, etc.
  • Understanding of licensing models, creative media industries, and client needs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Experience working with internal systems (Salesforce) to track sales activities and performance
