Licensing Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Licensing SDR drives net-new pipeline for licensing sales; performs high-volume outbound prospecting (30+ calls per day), multi-touch outreach via email and LinkedIn; identifies and qualifies government/licensing opportunities, books discovery meetings, and hands off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive. Works in a remote, nationwide territory, collaborates with Sales Leadership and Marketing, maintains disciplined CRM hygiene, and tracks key metrics. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to research government procurement processes, and experience with CRM and sales-engagement tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of outbound sales, SDR, or business development experience (SaaS or enterprise software preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, nationwide territory
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with sales engagement tools
- High resilience and coachability
- Ability to research and understand government procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) or equivalent experience
