Licensing

Review license applications and supporting documentation, conduct due diligence and compliance assessments, and prepare licensing recommendations and reports. Monitor license compliance with conditions, maintain licensing databases and records, and support renewals, amendments, and revocations. Participate in policy and regulatory framework development while liaising with market participants and stakeholders. Requires an LL.B and Call to the Nigerian Bar, with 6–8 years in licensing or regulatory affairs. Experience within utilities, power, or public regulatory institutions is preferred.
