Licensing Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage communication between internal eCOA teams, instrument developers, and third-party translation vendors regarding development needs and client requirements. Research license, translation, and eCOA specifications including layout and device formatting while determining contact protocols for license holders. Take ownership of developing information gathering forms, designing reference master guides, and creating screen report documents by compiling screenshots and performing proofreads. Coordinate revisions to .json files and screen reports between Technical Solutions teams and vendors, and collaborate with Lead Project Managers to align translation timelines with client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong licensing experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in management of multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organization and detail orientation skills
- Self-motivated
- Professional communication skills
