Licensing Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Maintain accurate licensing contract records and administer agreements by tracking key terms, timelines, and deliverables. Prepare brand licensing overviews and presentations for stakeholders while managing internal systems for compliance and monitoring. Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy, collaborate with Quality on CSTAR reports, and train partners on licensing tools. Partner with Legal, Finance, and other teams to prepare authorization letters and govern the Global Licensing Procedure Manual. Support sustainability reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Based in Stockholm, this role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in licensing or brand operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in licensing operations, brand operations, quality operations, supply chain or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines in a deadline‐driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong accountability for data accuracy and compliance
