Job Summary

Licensing Executive to manage day-to-day relationships with licensees across apparel, accessories, collectibles, gaming, and lifestyle categories; identify, prospect, and onboard new licensing partners globally with focus on UK/Europe/Americas/APAC; support negotiation and execution of licensing agreements with legal; oversee royalty submissions and reporting; manage product approvals and maintain brand quality; monitor market trends and opportunities; support licensee activations at race weekends, fan festivals, and retail events; collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Retail teams. Based in London with regular travel to Grove, Oxfordshire, and international travel as part of the F1 calendar.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years' experience in brand licensing, consumer products, or sports and entertainment commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of licensing deal structures, royalty models, and contract fundamentals
  • Proven ability to manage multiple commercial relationships simultaneously, delivering results under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking a data-driven approach to decision-making
