Job Summary
Coordinate the licensing and credentialing lifecycle from initial applications through renewals and ongoing maintenance; manage provider enrollment processes with payers to ensure timely credentialing and network participation; perform primary source verification for provider credentials; maintain audit-ready provider records; monitor licensing status across systems; respond to credentialing requests; collaborate with clinical teams and external stakeholders to keep processes on track; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and timely processing of documentation; remote or hybrid work option with base in New York City or Nashville.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years work experience in licensing and credential services, accreditation and/or related field required.
- Working knowledge of provider licensing, credentialing, accreditation policies and related state/federal regulations is required.
- Provider enrollment is a plus.
