Job Summary
Licensing Coordinator for Toys & Games supports day-to-day management across US, Canada, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, including reviewing product approvals in WestEnd, handling contractual samples, coordinating retail placement and marketing approvals, tracking contract renewals, onboarding licensees, and assisting with trade shows. Requires collaboration with Licensing Managers and licensees, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proactive, curious approach to learning the Licensing business. The role emphasizes process adherence, relationship-building, and delivering a Pokémon-branded experience across multiple regions. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a base salary range of $86,000 to $102,000 annually, with a full range up to $150,000 and a relocation package for certain roles. Hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA Degree and/or equivalent working experience
- 3-4 years related experience, with previous experience in toy licensing, manufacturing, or related field a plus
