Licensed Vocational Nurse

Provide nursing services, medication administration, and supervision of staff within a community-based setting for individuals with brain injury, IDD, substance use disorder, or behavioral disabilities. Conduct assessments, implement health care services per ISP, train staff on universal precautions, infection control, and medication administration, and coordinate with medical providers to ensure consistent treatment.
