Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed for part-time/full-time/per-diem roles at Assisted Living Facilities and Rehabilitation Centers in Northern California. Responsibilities include providing nursing care to patients, coordinating with the care team, assisting physicians with procedures, and patient teaching. Must perform direct patient care with proper standards, support care planning, and participate in ongoing clinical duties. Shifts include Day, Evening, and Overnight. Preferred qualifications include 1 year LVN experience or 2 years as a medical assistant, and CPR/BLS certification. Specialties include Geriatrics, Home Health, Medical-Surgical, and Wound Care.
Required Qualifications
