Job Summary
The On Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in delivering direct, in-person care and monitoring to clients enrolled in Residential and Withdrawal Management Programs. Responsibilities include assessment and implementation of nursing care plans, medication management, and ensuring client safety. Candidates must possess a valid nursing license from the California Board of Vocational Nursing, BLS certification, and experience working with dual diagnosis populations. This role requires participation in team meetings, adherence to professional standards, and compliance with licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid license with California Board of Vocational Nursing.
- Valid BLS Certification.
- Valid California Driver’s License and access to registered and insured transportation.
- Experience working with dual diagnosis populations.
- Must complete background check and livescan clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing experience in community mental health, behavioral health, or recovery treatment centers preferred.
