Licensed Vocational Nurse - NCSH Residential

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care plans while monitoring client care and reporting behavioral changes. Take vital signs, observe universal precautions, and maintain a safe environment for clients in residential and withdrawal management programs. Provide timely medication updates to physicians, facilitate prescription filling, and audit the medication room per policy. Document treatment progress, incident reports, and medical follow-ups while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Participate in all assigned shifts, training, and supervision meetings. Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and background checks.
