Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing focused nursing care to renal patients in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, managing lines or drains, assisting with interventions such as cardiac monitoring or respiratory support, closely observing patients for status changes, escalating concerns promptly, documenting timely updates to coordinate care, educating patients and families about conditions and recovery steps, and collaborating with RNs, providers, and specialists to stabilize patients and guide transitions toward recovery.
Required Qualifications
- (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Certificate, or Vocational School Graduate
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
