Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive clinical services to individuals enrolled in the Medication-Assisted Treatment program by administering injections, taking vitals, coordinating labs, and facilitating communication with medical providers. Assist in evaluating patients' physical, psychological, and social needs to develop individualized treatment plans, while performing diagnostic tests, counting controlled substances, and responding to health emergencies. Promote patient wellness through education, leading health-related classes, and implementing nutrition and therapeutic diet plans. Document care using SOAP notes and collaborate with RNs to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requires current LVN licensure, CPR certification, and minimum one year of clinic experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
